How can dental offices combat patients who do not show, or who cancel their appointments on a whim? Most often these offices will give the patients a call. But what if they are unable to reach them?
The office can take the next step and mail the patients this straightforward letter, signed by the dentist. It explains in terms patients can understand why their appointments are important, why the staff is concerned about them missing their appointments, and, for those patients with other health issues, why it’s extra important for them to visit their dental professionals.
