DIS announces intentions to take over Dicom

DIS Software Corp. has announced its intentions to take control over and operate the dental imaging business of Dicom Imaging Systems, Inc. The company, which is finalizing the terms and conditions under which it will assume selected assets and liabilities of, and operational control over, Dicom�s dental imaging business, expects to complete a successful transitioning of Dicom�s former business within the next 10 business days.

"We are pleased to announce the company�s plans to move the software technology forward and to develop, market, and support the �dental imaging suite� and other imaging solutions to our newly acquired dealer channel, strategic partners, and end-user customers," stated company spokesperson Mr. Wayne Rees.
