The speakers included some of the best in the industry, including Dr. Bill Blatchford, Dr. Joe Blaes, Dr. Rick Workman, Dr. Bruce Baird, Dr. Michael Reece, Dr. Chris Kammer, Dr. Bill Kimball, Dr. Marvin Berlin, Dr. Joe McMurray and JoAnne Tanner, MBA.
Dr. Bill Domb and his wife recorded the event, and the Sikka Software staff thanks him immensely and for only the cost of shipping and disk/duplicating are making this DVD set available to dental community.
