Innovative loyalty program unveiled

Led by a coalition of top dental supply manufacturers, Supply Rewards offers dental practitioners the opportunity to earn valuable points every time they purchase qualifying sponsors' products.

An innovative new loyalty program called Supply Rewards™ launched at the 2003 ADA Annual Session. Led by a coalition of top dental supply manufacturers, Supply Rewards offers dental practitioners the opportunity to earn valuable points every time they purchase qualifying sponsors' products. Leading the way as sponsoring brands are DentalEZ®, StarDental®, RAMVAC®, CustomAir®, BendaBrush®, Encore®, Tempit®Ultra, and coming soon MONOJECT® and Kimberly-Clark® Safeskin®.

"Dental practitioners earn points simply by purchasing needed products," said Tiger Beaudoin, director of marketing, Supply Rewards. "Because practitioners are busy, we built the program to be simple. They earn points for every participating product they buy, then choose from more than 2,000 rewards to use for a variety of business building or employee recognition purposes."

Supply Rewards works like this: dental practitioners peel off reward codes that are affixed to participating manufacturers' products. They then enter the codes on the user-friendly Supply Rewards Web site to earn points that can be redeemed for rewards from a wide range of categories -- everything from golf clubs to computers, and jewelry to office equipment.

"Because practitioners earn points from a coalition of participating manufacturers, they can build up their account balance quickly and start redeeming for useful and valuable rewards," explained Beaudoin. "And, since practitioners can enter codes, track their account activity and redeem for rewards completely through the Web site, they can participate 24 hours a day, seven days a week at their convenience."
