Cynthia K. Bradley CDA, CDPMA, EFDA, MADAA, of Winter Park, Fla., named to the position.

CHICAGO, Illinois--The Dental Assistant Journal has named Cynthia K. Bradley CDA, CDPMA, EFDA, MADAA, of Winter Park, Fla., as editorial director.

The Journal is the official publication of the American Dental Assistants Association. Bradley is an ADAA Past President, and has been the ADAA liaison to the U.S. Army Dental Command since 2002.

She is the director of the dental assisting department at Orlando Tech, and is a member of the Florida Department of Education Dental Assisting Program Committee. Prior to her educational work at OTEC. She is a graduate of Columbia College with a B..A in Psychology.

Bradley has received numerous professional awards, including the 2009 American Dental Assistants Association Foundation-Kay Mosley Distinguished Service Award, the 2006 American Dental Assistants Association/Colgate Pharmaceuticals Community Service Award, and was the 2001-2002 Orlando Tech Teacher of the Year.
