IdentAlloy officers
The Identalloy/IdentCeram Council has elected new officers and directors.
Stuart Steinbock was elected to a two-year term as president, and will continue serving as a director. Devon Howe was elected to a two-year term as treasurer, as well as a position as director.
Mark Murphy, DDS, FAGD, was elected to his fourth two-year term as a director. He will be joined on the Board by Jan Slor and Gary Iocco, who were also elected to two-year terms. Iocco will serve as the Board’s laboratory representative.
Steinbock is president of the Dental Technology Solutions Division of Whip Mix Corporation, Louisville, Ky. He had previously served as treasurer of the IdentAlloy/IdentCeram Board.
Howe is president, CEO and general partner at CMP Industries, Albany, N.Y., a manufacturer of dental laboratory materials and equipment. This includess ticonium, nobilium, and niranium product lines.
Dr. Murphy is the lead faculty for clinical education at Microdental/DTI Dental Technologies. He also serves on the adjunct faculty at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, as a guest presenter at Mercer Advisors, and on the Board of Directors of the Pankey Institute.
Slor is vice president and general manager of DENTSPLY Prosthetics, a division of DENTSPLY International. With headquarters in York, Pa., the division designs, manufactures, and distributes a broad portfolio of dental laboratory products and medical devices on a worldwide basis.
Iocco owns Dimension Dental Design CDL, located in Hastings, Minn. He has been a lab owner for more than 20 years, and also serves on the Board of the National Association of Dental Laboratories.
