DENTSPLY GAC layoff

Acccording to the Long Island Business News, DENTSPLY GAC wil lay off 116 of its 180 employees in early July 2011 because about 88% of the products assembled and shipped from its Bohemia headquarters are sourced from a facility that is three miles from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant in Japan where earthquakes hit in the spring of 2011.
