WEST JORDAN, Utah--The CAO Group, an international private label developer and manufacturer of dental devices and materials, has announced completion of a global exclusive, long-term distribution agreement with Henry Schein, a provider of health-care products and services to office-based practitioners.

Under terms of the agreement, Henry Schein will be the exclusive distributor of CAO's branded lines of dental materials, including whitening, preventive, and restorative products, as well as its small equipment products. This includes LED curing lights and diode lasers.

Most recently, Henry Schein and CAO have introduced Sheer White! teeth-whitening system. In the coming months, Henry Schein plans to help CAO launch its products to the dental community, including film delivery technology for fluoride treatment and desensitizing, brush delivery tips, restorative products, LED curing lights, and soft-tissue lasers.
