Hu-Friedy scholarships

BOSTON, Massachusetts--Media are invited to a special press conference at Hu-Friedy Booth #1016 at the 2012 Yankee Dental Congress meeting in Boston.

This press conference will be a culmination of the "Host Nevi 2011 Tour." Beginning the tour at the 2011 Yankee, the announcement of four Hu-Friedy Nevi Scholarship winners will be made at the 2012 Yankee Dental Congress. Each of the four winners will receive a $10,000 scholarship to continue their education, courtesy of Hu-Friedy. An announcement will also be made as to where Nevi will be touring next in 2012.

A symbol of Hu-Friedy's commitment to improving dentistry through education, Nevi 4 is a mascot version of Hu-Friedy’s Nevi 4 posterior sickle scaler. With engagement from our dental community in online participation (facebook.com/nevi4), convention and “host” experiences, scholarship applications and more, Nevi 4 touched the lives of not only the scholarship recipients, but also touched lives globally.

Much informationon the scholarship recipients and all the exciting points of the tour will be shared at the press conference.
