MELVILLE, New York--Henry Schein, a distributor of health-care products and services to office-based practitioners, has announced the appointment of Marcey Saunders as director of human resources in Canada.In her new role, Saunders will have responsibility for all aspects of the Canadian human resources function. She joins Henry Schein with more than 20 years of human resources experience. Most recently, she was associate vice president of talent acquisition and development with Canadian Tire Financial Services,. While there, she served as an HR business partner to the organization. She is an experienced human resources leader with expertise in leadership development, employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, HR systems, and communications.Saunders earned a bachelor of arts degree in general arts from the University of Western Ontario, and holds the professional HR designation of CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional).
