2010 AADOM of Year

LAS VEGAS, Nevada--The American Association of Dental Office Managers has named Melissa Meredith, office manager for Andrew G. Each year, the AADOM recognizes these individuals and highlights their accomplishments at its annual conference. “The competition for this prestigious award grows more intense every year,” said Heather Colicchio, AADOM President. “Melissa is such a quality person and so well liked and respected. She was nominated by her peers and her doctor.”In nominating Meredith, Dr. Orr said: “As a young dentist with little experience in management, I can honestly say our office would not have survived without the hard work that Melissa has put in every day for the past three years. Due to her hard work, Central Arkansas Dental has been able to expand from one small office in Lonoke in 2007 to three thriving offices throughout central Arkansas in 2010.”Meredith’s commitment to oral health and patients has expanded beyond the three practices of Central Arkansas Dental. “Melissa has the kindest heart and prides herself in finding ways to help those who are less fortunate” said Dr. Orr. "She has helped organize free dental clinics in England, Ward, and Jacksonville.
