Modern Dental Lab raises funds

SEATTLE, Washington--Modern Dental Laboratory USA recently served as host for a second benefit event for the Washington Oral Health Foundation.

The After Party II took place in June following the first day of the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference, gathering the local dental community in an an evening of celebration and giving to raise $2,000 for WOHF. This donation will help the nonprofit arm of the Washington State Dental Association for its oral health-care community outreach efforts in the coming year.

Modern Dental Laboratory USA also made a significant in-kind donation to the Los Angeles City College Dental Technology Program in June 2010, donating nearly $25,000 in porcelain to help students further their educational goals. Modern Dental Laboratory USA, named one of the Top 75 Corporate Citizens in 2009 by the Puget Sound Business Journal, believes it is a responsibility of the company to give back and support the local and professional communities it serves.
