Modern Dental Laboratory USA recognized

SEATTLE, Washington--Modern Dental Laboratory USA has been recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the most philanthropic companies in Washington state in 2009.

The lab ranked 21st statewide for small companies. Modern Dental Laboratory USA is invested in strengthening and supporting its professional and local communities.

Donated Dental Services connects patients with dentists and laboratories, providing dental services and restorations to populations that would otherwise not be able to afford care. Modern Dental Laboratory USA fills restoration case requests brought to its service centers.

Washington Oral Health Foundation improves and enhances oral health statewide by providing education and access to care. Modern Dental Laboratory USA created and hosted a fundraising event for the nonprofit in 2009, while bringing the local dental community together in a night of giving.

Modern Dental Laboratory USA also values the important role education plays in its field and supports its local dental school, the University of Washington School of Dentistry, in time and donations. Modern Dental Laboratory USA also believes it has a duty to prepare the next generation to take on leadership responsibilities, contributing to Teens in Public Service.
