Carestream Dental sold to global private investment firm

In a press release issued April 13, Carestream reported that the dental division of the company, Carestream Dental, has been sold to aglobal private investment firm. The move will establish Carestream Dental as an independent company, separating it from Carestream's medical imaging business.
