METAIRIE, Louisiana--OrthoSynetics, a provider of business services to orthodontic and dental practices worldwide, has hired Brad Williams as director of IT infrastructure.

Williams comes to OrthoSynetics from Heartland Payment Systems, where he served as executive director of network and system support. Prior to that, he served as network administrator at Capstead Mortgage.
His experience includes initiating, developing and managing a team that has built two data center facilities, and has led the design and configuration of an organization's security infrastructure. He also has experience in investigating, monitoring, repairing and strengthening vulnerabilities in large-scale IT networks to build redundancies and maximize structural security.
Williams is a graduate of Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, where he received his bachelor's degree in business administration and his Master of Business Administration.
