MONTREAL, Canada-Handpiece Experts' 2008 dealer meeting June 1-3 in Las Vegas attracted 60 independent dealers and several manufacturers were in attendance.

Alongside Handpiece Experts' technical team, original handpiece parts and products manufacturers Meisinger, StarDental, Sirona, Nitram, and Myonic presented technical training sessions for dealers. Training focused on how Handpiece Experts dealers can continue to provide the best possible service to dentists. Product and part overviews, paired with specific repair techniques as well as details on choosing parts according to their individual performance benefits were presented.

Handpiece Experts parts and products agreements with these brand manufacturers give dealers access to original parts and products at competitive prices. Handpiece Experts goes a step further by adding technical training and support.

From the annual meeting, a number of new firms joined Handpiece Experts, boosting the coast-to-coast network to more than 165 certified, independent handpiece repair dealers.

Jean Castonguay, president and CEO of Handpiece Experts, said, "The enthusiastic participation of the industry's major brand manufacturers at our 2008 dealer training meeting in Las Vegas is nothing less than proof of their faith in the Handpiece Experts model. Since its inception in November 2007, Handpiece Experts has grown into a trusted service recognized by dentists for its quality and reliability and by dealers for its extensive parts and products distribution agreements and personalized support services. Our annual dealer meeting proved to be unique in the industry not only for its one-of-a-kind, hands-on training direct from top handpiece parts and products manufacturers, but for how it brought together local, independent dealers from across North America to share unified and consistent best practices for top-quality handpiece repair that dentists can count on."
