Labs have access to Captek understructures and expertise.

RICHARDSON, Texas--Dale Dental has announced the addition of Sean Kilmer to its Captek team.

Sean has almost a decade of experience with Captek understructures including his position as a Technical Director for the Captek Company where he worked to train labs in Captek manufacturing including Captek's most advanced indications and uses such as long-span bridges. Additionally, Sean served as the Captek department manager at one of the world's largest dental laboratories.

Dale Dental has been offering Captek understructures since 2003 and to date has served thousands of laboratory customers in the US with the widest range of restorative options.

"We are thrilled to have Sean as part of the Dale Dental team. Sean's unparalleled expertise combined with the benefits of Dale Dental and our world-class customer service gives every lab a steady and uninterrupted flow of Captek understructures to build their crowns and their business on" said David Lesh, president of Dale Dental.

For decades Captek restorations have captured the benefits of esthetics, biocompatibility, stable high-noble metal pricing and favorable tissue response. As a result, more doctors are prescribing Captek restorations. This places a strain on labs to meet the demand with their tight labor market and wavering or otherwise absent personnel.

Access to Captek understructures by Dale Dental makes it possible for any lab to offer Captek restorations to their doctors without the need to maintain or expand their staff or learn new procedures.

Dale Dental offers Captek copings and bridge frameworks using the full range of Captek Original and the new Captek Nano materials. All Captek restorations by Dale Dental are offered as quickly as next day and at prices that beat most other esthetics-based restorative options.

Additionally, Captek's broad span of time-tested indications makes it a suitable understructure for the most demanding cases, even long-span bridges and indications where all ceramic understructures might not be considered.

All work is done at Dale Dental's ISO 9001:2000 compliant facility in Richardson. The facility is compliant with the FDA's Good Manufacturing Processes. This compliance ensures laboratory customers meet their federal requirement to use only GMP compliant labs for all of their lab-to-lab outsourcing.

Additionally, Dale Dental uses only genuine Captek materials in the fabrication of all of its Captek products and includes all manufacturer supplied documentation with each case.
