AADC Workshop to cover bacterial pathogenesis of dental caries

Wenyuan Shi, PhD will speak on "A Medical Approach to Dental Caries" as a featured speaker at the 2008 American Association of Dental Consultants Spring Workshop May 8-10 at the Radisson Resort and Casino at Fort McDowell in Scottsdale/Fountain Valley, Ariz.

The workshop's theme is "Enhancing the Role and Relevance of the Dental Consultant."

Dentists, dental specialists and persons actively involved in the dental insurance business are welcome to attend the Workshop, which offers 15 continuing education unit credits. Conference speakers include some of the industry's leading experts on clinical dentistry and dental claims management.

Dr. Wenyuan Shi is a chairman and professor of Oral Biology at UCLA Schools of Dentistry. He is co-author and co-inventor of more than 100 scientific articles and patents.
