MONTREAL, Canada--ProDrive Systems has announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Richard St.-Pierre as President and CEO.
St.-Pierre, previously advisor to the board and a senior executive at ProDrive Systems for more than three years, brings management and strategic experience to the company.
