ROCK HILL, South Carolina--KOMET USA has developed an innovative way to reach an inside account manager via the Internet.

The company has launched the first interactive feature on its Web site called Instant Web Call Back. This feature allows visitors to KOMET USA's Web site, and visitors to select vendors to request an instant phone call from a KOMET USA inside account manager from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.

Through the company's business communications solutions vendor, Interactive Intelligence, Instant Web Call Back provides KOMET USA customers another avenue to get more information about its products.

"This technology is perfect for the busy dental professional because it allows them to enter a queue without being placed on hold," said Braden Timmermann, KOMET USA's Information Technology Manager. "We want to help our customer get more information about KOMET products and there's no better way to do that than to speak to a live person who knows exactly what our customers are looking for."

The process is simple. Web visitors are asked to provide their name, phone number and a quick note to a KOMET USA representative regarding the product(s) about which they are requesting information.

After entering this information, customers are placed in queue for the next available KOMET USA representative who will return their call.
