SmartPractice helps Nature Conservancy with donations

Donations from sale of LeSoothe Gloves on Earth Day will aid "Plant a Billion Trees" program.

PHOENIX, Arizona--To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Earth Day on April 22, 2010, SmartPractice will donate 10% of the profits from Le Soothe Latex Medical Gloves sold that day to the Nature Conservancy's "Plant a Billion Trees" program.

Every dollar donated plants one tree.

Le Soothe Gloves contain the natural moisture-balancing emulsion of aloe vera, vitamin E, and nopal (derived from the prickly pear cactus), which deposits or draws excess moisture from the wearer's hands.

Le Soothe Gloves are also biodegradable. As a finishing touch, they are packed and shipped in boxes made of recycled material. In green and natural- color exam glove options, they are available in a left/right fitted glove.

"Plant a Billion Trees" is the Nature Conservancy's effort to restore Brazil's Atlantic Forest, which provides clean water and hydro energy for more than 70 million people in Brazil. The forest is home to an array of plant and animal life, including many species found nowhere else on earth.

Le Soothe Gloves can be purchased on Earth Day by calling (800) 522-0800.
