A new consulting firm has been formed to help companies be more successful in the dental market. Dental Industry Consultants, LLC will provide a wide range of services, from sales and marketing support through acquisition and divestiture assistance.
The new company is a partnership between Michael R. Crane & Associates, LLC and Sakaduski Marketing Solutions, Inc., two firms with extensive expertise in the dental industry.
Services to be offered by Dental Industry Consultants include business and marketing planning; acquisition, divestiture, and product or technology licensing; executive recruiting; industry intelligence; international and domestic marketing consulting; distribution assistance; marketing communications and publicity; and partnership and strategic planning assistance.
"We are now able to offer clients a much broader spectrum of consulting services and plan to add new capabilities in the near future," says Nancy Sakaduski of Sakaduski Marketing Solutions. Michael R. Crane & Associates, LLC was founded in 1999 by Michael Crane, who has held international and domestic executive positions with Johnson & Johnson, Dentsply International, and Whaledent International.
Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President of Dentsply and an officer of the company. He has also held committee chairman and board-level positions in the American Dental Trade Association. Michael R. Crane & Associates, LLC provides dental technology licensing, acquisition, divestiture, partnership, and international marketing services.
Sakaduski Marketing Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2000 and has provided consulting services to dozens of clients in the dental industry. It has built a reputation for providing cost-effective solutions that give companies a competitive edge and improve their profitability.
The company's principals are Joe Sakaduski and Nancy Day Sakaduski. Joe has held executive positions with Siemens/Pelton & Crane, DentalEZ, and Henry Schein. He has more than 20 years of experience in the dental industry. Nancy held executive positions with CooperBiomedical and several other companies in the diagnostics market prior to forming her own consulting company.
