Joy McCarthy, RDH, has been practicing in the state of Massachusetts for over four years. In private practice, she holds the title of OSHA infection control coordinator, where she keeps the office updated on current CDC guidelines and OSHA protocols. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of New England in Portland, Maine, in 2016, and is currently working towards her master’s degree in health-care education at St. Joseph’s College of Maine.
