Let's face it. I know there are days that it's not as easy to smile as others. There are days where you may not enjoy where you are, what you're doing or who you're around. You're human. It happens.

However, I want to introduce you to a friend of mine. Her name is Katie and she works for the Colorado Rockies. She has reminded me of the power of a smile in recent weeks and I wanted to share her story with you in this short video clip. I think it will resonate with many of you.
