Observation: Iowa hygienists are pretty clear on their opinion: It’s difficult to find a job. It’s not easy, and they are certain (an antonym to unsure) about it.

Observation: Admittedly, Iowa did not deliver more survey responses than any other state; in fact, they were closer to the bottom. But we’re delighted that almost half got a raise last year.

  • Based on monthly averages, if you produce over the base production, you get a bonus
  • 10% bonus of production produced above 3x hourly salary
  • Hourly rate plus 10% commission on things like FMS, PA's, SRP, Adult Fluoride, and sales of elect. toothbrushes, etc.
