RICHARDSON, Texas--Windent, publisher of dental office management software since 1987, is launching a new Platinum system and will offer the software free via the Internet until Jan. 31, 2010.

The office management software includes three-dimensional periodontal and restorative charting, electronic medical records, integration with digital images/X-rays, and free data conversion.

It will work for small or large, multi-location practices equally well although the free version is available only for up to 10 workstations at one location. Platinum and offers Internet access not yet available from other systems.

Windent encourages dentists to use the Platinum software to see its features.

Dentists can get details and download free a copy of the software for up to 10 workstations at Windent during the initial product introduction period.

Support and other services are also available for dentists to sign up at this Web site.
