Descriptions of pay arrangements based on production or commission

  • 20% of production over base goal.
  • If monthly production goals are exceeded in three categories, (number of hygiene patients, number of new patients, total office monetary production), each staff member receives $5 for each goal exceeded by number of patients and/or $1,000 of office production.
  • 30%, not including nitrous, sedation, or things sold to patients such as Peridex. Our daily goal is $1,400 a day for a 7 1/2 hour day three days a week, and $1,000 a day for a five-hour day once a week. This week, I was over goal by $1500. So I made an extra $450. I am usually over goal every month.
  • One-third of my production, or $45 per patient whichever is greater.
