CHARLOTTE, North Carolina--Sirona Dental Systems, a leading producer of dental CAD/CAM equipment, has expanded its inCoris ZI zirconium oxide material line to include the larger inCoris ZI 65/25 block.
The new blocks are the latest addition in all-ceramic material choices from the leader in CAD/CAM technology.
Created exclusively for the inLab MC XL milling machine, the larger block size (65 x 22 x 25 mm) allows users to create high-strength, larger-span bridge restorations up to seven units.
The inCoris ZI 65/25 blocks are pre-shaded and available in five different shades: FO.5, F1, F2, F3, and F4.5.
"Now inLab MC XL users can profit even more from having the capability of creating a larger-span bridge," said Norbert Ulmer, Director of Dental Laboratory Applications for Sirona Dental Systems. "Our goal is to provide inLab owners with the widest array of material choices so they can in turn address the clinical and esthetic needs of virtually any case at hand."
The new, larger inCoris ZI blocks possess the same attributes of the other inCoris ZI blocks. Made of partially sintered zirconium oxide, inCoris ZI blocks are above all the ideal choice for the fabrication of crown copings as well as multiple-unit anterior and posterior bridges. The inCoris ZI material is in the very-high-strength category of the all-ceramic material spectrum.
inCoris ZI blocks provide the basis for manufacturing high-precision all-ceramic crown and bridge restorations that fulfill the highest standards in terms of biocompatibility and aesthetics. The high-performance ceramic material of the inCoris ZI enables the user to create especially fine frameworks.
