Dr. Paul Glass, a graduate of Indiana University who practices in South Bend, Ind., named contest winner.

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pennsylvania--Premier Dental Products Company has announced Dr. Paul Glass as the winner of its 2008 Make-A-Difference contest.

Premier Dental donated $20,000 in his name as selected by Dr. Glass to the Division of Community Dentistry Priority Fund at the Indiana University School of Dentistry.

A graduate of Indiana University, Dr. Glass practices in South Bend, Ind., following in the footsteps of his father Gerald K. Glass, DDS. Premier Dental created a different type of contest last year in which the winner was awarded the opportunity to make a difference and give to the dental charity of his or her choice.

"Today, more than, ever we all want to make a difference in our workplace and community," stated Julie Charlestein, Premier's vice president of branding and business development. "This contest was designed to appeal to the inner philanthropist in every individual, empowering them to give on a grander scale than normal circumstance might allow."

Premier's national advertising campaign utilized iconic historical figures that made a difference: Mahatma Gandhi, Amelia Earhart and Abraham Lincoln.
